Participating in the "mundane"...and savouring it.
By no means is it a call to settle for a "small" life...rather, it is enjoying the excellence and the awe-worthy-ness of our presence in every moment. To bring our observation to it, to add life-nurturing value and significance to it, to thank it for its contribution to the journey of your life....
No matter the thoughts we think we want to bring forward into each day and moments.... we can suspend them to give quick attention to the "fullness of living" that can be had in it.
