Some days are harder than others to navigate. Ask for support

 LOL I own it...with recovering from pushing my "environmental toxins" threshold (synthetic fragrances, cleaners, high irritants in regular detergents, etc...) as well as other healing and recovery going on, a lack of sleep (interrupted sleep is different from short interval sleep), and an overflowing plate of chores (etc) waiting to get done, I am in need of "support"...ALL suggestions are welcome. Each morning is an adventure

 Haha... what can I say, right now there is much "adventure" happening in our mornings. Yesterday it was "How well can you stay on task while being constantly interrupted, pushed, smacked, etc..."...and this morning was a pull between, packing, cleaning, lego building, drawing, colouring, making lunch, making lists..and more lists (he's not completely obsessive with lists, I just have a copy in my purse just in case...

)...and OH!...it's "pajama" day and we have to get "dressed" in our "pajamas" LOL...honestly, getting dressed for pajama day takes more work than costumes or just getting dressed for a fancy evening out...I will put those options on the table for next time ...GREAT mornings are made of these ♪♫♪♫

 Good morning! Another great conversation with the oldest and I am inspired to appreciate myself and others even more...

Bubby: What does air (in a vacuum) do? Suck or blow?

Me: Neither...it's just there.

Bubby: It doesn't suck.

Me: True.... Motors, changes in temperature, and other physical movement causes it to do stuff. But it is just present. LOL but we would certainly notice if it wasn't.

Sometimes we may feel that we are just "there"...and some feel as though they are "taking up space"..... YUP! And even in that moment, we are of significance and GREAT value as we resonate breath (life) through our lungs.

 Good morning! So this past week has been incredibly full of blessings, insights, and beauty...one another love was abounding in full form.

When we approach one another without preconceived and defensive expectations, but with celebratory welcome, excitement, and enthusiasm. ..we tap into gifts and blessings overflowing and perfectly meant to enhance our life's experience. Uniquely and perfectly designed for us beyond our belief, expectations, doubts, etc. That "vulnerability" of being willing to experience awesomeness has never disappointed me...it is everywhere! Awesome, beautiful, uplifting... and always seem to land with perfect timing...

To my wonderful spiritual family who live ready to welcome me with open arms...I love you and am grateful beyond measure for your hearts and souls...to my dearest of friends who don't make me feel like a novelty or oddity, thank you for your gift of acceptance and appreciation...you are dearly loved and loving ...and to everyone else, thank you for being lights in the lives of all around you...no matter how big or small...that beauty in this world is a garden in our lives

LOL, I was driving. So I pulled over and they were looking out of the sun roof...."Take off your sunglasses and look at the sun! It's a rainbow!" LOL agin...so I did. Too bright! Put them back on and saw the big circle around the sun...yup, it was an awesome moment thanks boys for sharing...

Hamster wheel or Hämsterviel? Stop spinning and become genius

Today was a different day...it had finally arrived...this day.  This day that over a month ago I had planned to do certain particular events...agreed to appointments and meetings and just over a week ago changed...and I realized I have found myself running a hamster wheel. I have gotten STUCK in a funky loop and yes, my dear friends, it will be time for me to get off this wheel soon as I scan for somewhere to jump.

And today, it reminded me that I had written years ago about being on a hamster wheel and looking to get off...

Dr. Hämsterviel (from the movie and television show, Lilo and Stitch) really inspired me as he was definitely NOT mindlessly running on a hamster wheel as his other counterparts might entertain to do but stepping into his genius (no matter how evil intended it may have been ). I'm not looking to go into the mad scientist profession, but in order to inspire the next generation of up and coming as my boys are, I must continue to challenge my "being" as well.

"... I got off my hamster wheel and starting off on my journey, running down my road of life, full of change, responsibility, taking actions, and living by the truth. I stopped lying to myself and stopped living in absolute statements (always, never.....), and started seeing things for what they really are. I could watch myself grow and grow to appreciate the growth in others. We are not what we were and we can't keep going back to the past to define our present and future. We can take what has been learned from our pasts and carry it forward as lessons learned, bringing it along on the journey as knowledge, wisdom, and experience. How will you see things that are happening today if you keep looking behind you? It's hard to run in one direction while looking in another. And it's hard to make changes if you are not doing differently and taking the actions to make that change happen.

I have made many mistakes of my own, and have done things in the past that I do not do now. But it is hard when what you have done is the past is all that someone sees you as today, whether it is yourself or someone else looking at you through your past actions. I hope that the changes I have made in my life now may be recognized for the woman I am today and help me to continue forward as I walk, looking ahead, at the woman I will become. "

Is it because I don't like being "defined"? Really, it could be...there is only one definition that I hold dear to and that is as a disciple of Jesus Christ...but in all that goes on and happens....I need to accept that others look out for the best interest in what they are doing...and not to take things too personally (or directly)...AND with that, I know that a time has come in my life to be...to become and step more into the woman I enjoy becoming.

Stop running in circles. follow your dreams

 That "wheel" certainly spins round and round, doesn't it? HAHAHA...maybe genetic scientist of an interstellar quality might be an idea
