Spiced pear coconut banana bread cobbler!

The inspiration came from a bag of pears hubby bought for his lunches that went too ripe too fast. That's on top of the fact that the last bag was too green.

Well, we wanted to make the most of it and brainstormed through recipe ideas....and voila!!
