Good morning! I will admit that not only is it Springtime ( can already turn my garden and compost in my yard) , but it is also the official time for me ....to shave my legs LOL. I think I made it through the full winter, or at least the last couple months without a razor or a shave. I don't even have a razor!..I honestly can't remember, but I do know that taking off my skinny jeans yesterday pulled a few in a gasp-inspiring-tear-jerking way, so it's time
A focus on the whole package (health, wellness, spirituality, and all it's connections) and how to live the best life I can.

Share from where you are at and see that point with great value
Good morning! I have been blessed, that no matter where I go in the world, I am graced with the opportunity to witness, experience, and even collaborate with the creative process and journey of some passionate innovators in this "earth" space. I am always amazed at the longing to bringing expression, joy, love, and freedom to others from the hearts of these great people.

Springtime paper sorting with the kids
Good morning! I gave the boys a task to complete before they were to get some xbox time...go through their old paper boxes (collection of drawings, schoolwork, etc. over the years...). It is a lot of paper to go through and this is just one box I offered. .and no, I do not through out any of their stuff along the way. We made an agreement years ago that they would do their own....and they enjoy seeing how they have grown and changed in interests....They are still hard at it an hour later...laughing at their stuff along the way. I think this Spring cleaning might be a breeze this year

There is more to a rose than just its smell
Beautiful! This is only for those in life who are willing to smell roses and choose to remember them....not only by smell alone. But to stand back and look at what wonderful living thing produced such sweet and inspiring "fruit" to the senses...its soft petals, radiant colours, tall stems, cautionary thorns (handle with care), its useful fruit, and even its name....there is more to a rose than just its smell. It carries blossom and beauty and a call for you and me to consider ourselves the same...with respect, observation, joy, wonder, and appreciation....mmmmm, love smells so sweet #Lovefirst #INjoy #greaterstill #delight #ofthelight

Make the most of today. Get some joy out of it
Good morning! So many thoughts this morning. ..Near death experiences, holding onto the "proof" of your fears in life, not being flexible and adaptable (was fun playing tagteam while cooking with my son last night), running the same hampster wheel circle/cycle of overwhelm over, and over, and.... (put a bloody stick in it and get OFF it already so you can catch your breath and some clarity
shift your filters
Oh yes you can! And we all can...shift your filters and let's get down to work

You are already growing and changing. Is it in the way that you want?
Good morning!
I had amazing conversation with myself this weekend (and others). I even got tongue-tied when asked to comment on a topic I feel SO PASSIONATE ABOUT LMBO! (I really didn't want to go off on a rant about it, and I will share at the next meeting...for sure!)
