The "strong" need support too

 Wow! Good morning

...When a person of strength and ability. ...a person who handles a lot of different tasks and circumstances. ...when this person gets overwhelmed, who can handle it? Who can share in their struggles? Who can help them to bear up under the weight of it all? Can those who are often overwhelmed even fathom what it takes to overwhelm the strong? I am beyond blessed to have that example in my life of someone of great strength, love, compassion...strong in heart and mind and STILL willing to call upon his friends to be with him in his hour of overwhelm...he shared his sorrow and asked for their companionship. He went deep into prayer...and even though his friends couldn't be all that he needed, they still responded to the call to be there and support.

It is not all for the "strong" ones to bear my friends...we are all here to do our part...to support when we see others need it...to help in the ways we can best serve...to believe that our contribution, no matter how small we perceive it, counts...so that we can ALL be built up and be encouraged together, "weak" and "strong" alike. When we love first in any given situation, what is right, beneficial, and needed will come forth...we may not all have the right answers, but we do have a great capacity to love if we let it.

Remembering the "behind the scenes" moments with grace

 Good morning! It's funny. ..to observe...the point at which others become "impatient" with you...I was going to say with your progress, but realized that would be an assumption coming from their expectation and judgement and not from the natural process of what is going on in life...kids, soccer, landscaping, work, business, taxes, clean, declutter, laundry, dishes, social commitments, boards and committees, exercise, and errands here and there...and that just a part of mine...I won't begin to assume all that is behind the scenes in your life. But I do look for the "sighs", the "smiles", the moments of surprise and wonder, the pauses to catch your breath, the sense of relief if only for a moment, and of course, the celebrations, appreciations, and gratitudes along the way.

 Good morning! As I am going through receipts and papers, I came across this little note... "Be willing to grow...in order to manifest. Don't have to get"rid" of if you choose to go beyond." Transfigure, transmute, transcend. ..are we willing to choose to grow and experience unknown and fruitful change, using the "soil" in our lives to facilitate and energize that growth? We can choose to expect the worst and dive in head first into the swirl of fruitless thoughts and expectations or we can allow (allow means that your fruitful growth is a constant and intention in life itself) ourselves to participate in the good that abounds all around (and through us)...if we are willing.

Alright!.. back to sorting papers.

Winter is a season. For the earth and in our lives. Recognize when you need support

 Good morning! The days are filled with light, my flowers are growing and blooming, and soccer season is in full swing...it's Spring baby! And yet there are winter "fronts" that have rolled up in people's lives and nothing you could say, suggest, or do will be encouraging or inspiring enough to help.

Winter is season not a weather...by the dormancy and lack of growth due to less light resulting in feeling "cold". THAT is winter in the soul as well...

This IS Mental health awareness week...and I have many loved ones who suffer in serious ways on a day to day basis. My own challenges with mental health have been well supported and by the grace of God I am blessed with "Presence" in my darker days... how will or can you be an unconditional support? By showing love and encouragement in and out of "season"...for me, I never know when that "winter" will come, but through the Grace in my life, I am always ready to extend that grace to others...
