 Good morning!!

Get SPRUNG folks!! On your calendars it is scheduled STARTING today, for the next 3 months, as SPRING! Enjoy it in all it splendor and glory

(and no, Winter doesn't "come" back because the water from the sky gets a few crystals....it's based on the Earth's angle to the sun...more light brings hope). My garden is already growing through the icy ground with vigor (super inspiring analogy) and my kitchen pantry has sprouted too (weeks ago actually).

AND ...did you know...this is my least favourite season? (due to the meltdown, sludge, snow mold and allergies...), but I am inspired by the perseverance, persistence, and response to light that my garden brings me and that gives me awe and enjoyment.

Off to add a spring in my step with a green smoothie. Have a beautiful and blissed day

The power of decision with progression

Good morning! Made a decision today... actually it was a strong intention while washing my face (My face is suffering this season change...oooo sensitive) and I am already into action. No push, no groans, no moans or BIG declarations...No "have-to's", no "shoulds" and definitely no beating myself up about not deciding such things earlier or having stayed the course, etc. It flowed with pure ease...it feels good...it IS good to do...and it will benefit more than myself in a BIG way.

Now back to my silent progression and the enjoyment of this beautiful new day!!

 Oy! Soaking in the sun like nothing else.

And my yard too. I'm gonna have to begin my yard work next week already HAHA (less grass more edible and flowering plants in effect...going to enlist help this year though )
