Thought....the verifiable truth grows deeper and is everlasting through each trial....but some beliefs we carry with us become crust that we must break through in order to embrace our growth and fulfill our purpose. When you experience suffering or are struggling, perhaps there is a crust you need to shed and leave behind or a truth that you need to embrace. Learn from struggle and strife and your emergence will be more graceful.
