Doh!! These are so good
Need a name for these.... Burduck root soaked (cleaned and in a bath of apple cider vinegar and water), marinated (spice blend similar to a ribs rub), and battered in chickpea/cassava blend...(similar rub spices and gluten/grain free flours)....They are like chicken wings, but not LOL... Gobo "wings"?
