Care and maintenance of "self"

 Good morning! After some MUCH needed rest and recovery, I feel pretty nice this morning

Getting back on track with this season's care and maintenance of "self" ....definitely different from season to season, except one thing stays the same, keeping tuned-in and building-up my core relationships and sharing encouragement.

 Good morning! So filled with gratitude for how good I am feeling in spite of the runny and snuffy nose experience. The Spirit is HYPED UP and the body....will be just fine! Lining all things up in life is a huge priority for good health. When you get out of whack with things (and compromise), you will feel the "dis" in your "ease". Or your "lack" of ease could be that you hold rigid to a direction that is not serving you....either way release and allow yourself the opportunity to be lined up for your greatest good and feeling great at the same time.

As I hang out cuddled next to our boys and reflecting on a common theme this week, I am again blessed with such surreal and overt experiences that remind of the high value seen in each of us by an amazing and supportive AND loving God. When issues turn into connections

 Good morning!! I must say, I am grateful for the relationship and conversations that my dishwasher and all it's "technical difficulties" has allowed me to have over the years. Such DEEP conversations and growing moments....too funny. AND I will celebrate that we may have actually rebuilt this dishwasher with new parts in my kitchen LOL.

And now for some serious driving. What a day!!
