Evolution...
We are always experiencing it and it was a part of our agreement with coming into this life/world.
As a mindset and lifestyle coach who works with people to embrace their lives in a more fulfilling and joy-filled way, I get to see people get excited about applying the tools in their own lives. Moving from stuck and disempowered to celebrating and walking confidently through their own journey.
They embrace being an active part of their own process and evolution. They celebrate making confident decisions that move them forward in their goals and daily tasks. And they know they are supported in the life they are wanting to live and create for themselves.
I'm in my OWN process right now. Expanding my own "toolset" and testing things out. Applying what I am learning, experiencing the results, and... excited to share and already sharing with my clients, expanding the framework I was already using.
I truly believe we are all designed to share our "goodness " with others.
I just happen to be really passionate about sharing in the growth and expansive journeys of others.
How do you share from what you learn? Do you share what is working for you in your life or do you keep it to yourself? LOL I've gotten slapped with..."Why didn't you tell me??" so often, that I just share with as many as I can... still working on it. I'm evolving, what can I say?
