When we are graced to wake up REALLY NEW!

 Newness!

Just under a week ago "newness" landed in my life.

LOL sounds strange, but sometimes a new day that we are graced to wake up in is REALLY NEW!

I noticed that I woke at a different time (later) and with different energy. No drum roll or laundry list of ideas and thoughts... no carry over from the day (or lifetime it seems) before.
My eyesight was also different (not better, but I have been exercising it and it's better now).

With all that I noticed that was different, I also noticed habits that I love were not there as automatic anymore. And THAT was a big one for me.

I realized how much my good habits meant to me and impacted the way I flowed through my days.

So I figured, if I am starting in a NEW space, how would I like to shape this newness and the habits I apply to it?

I pulled out my mental rolodex of good habits and started slotting them in. I have no resistance to them, so why not. I am also not experiencing the level of "resistance" I was over a week ago to things like working out 😂😂😂 and shifting my diet, so now I decided to layer those in at next level application.

My quiet times are simpler and my study time now has more of an experimentation component to it.

I'm jumping in with the super simple I already "know" and adding in layers of upgrades.

In this newness, I realize that I do this as my default now.

How can I play MORE when I feel I have the "space" to do so?

In my down moments, when seasons change, when injury happens...I pack a "bag" of my favourite habits and adjust accordingly.

WOW! Am I excited about all this!💕😍😍

What newness is in your life right now? How are you feeling about it? Feel free to share 😊
