This may seem off, but I am duplicating the foods I ate yesterday in order to narrow down which food or combo triggered all the fun AND noticing what I didn't pay attention to yesterday. Think I found it...
...HAHA, so processed foods, no matter what the label, are still a coin toss. Good thing the BULK of what I eat are single ingredient, supportive foods. Going for salads and smoothies today though
