In a discussion with a man about his concern for the care (or the lack thereof) that the government provides to the homeless, I experienced a wonderful "first" moment....they asked me "How would you refer to peoples of your ethnic expression? Is saying 'Black' ok?"
Yes, yes it is. It comes from your intention first...it's also cultural reference
